- In order to receive a store credit refund, products must be in new, unused condition and under the 30 day return policy.
- If you are returning a defective product that has been used, the product will be evaluated once we receive it. If deemed defective, we will issue a replacement.
- Orders that have been paid for and then later canceled, are subject to a 15% return fee.
- Only new and unused products can be exchanged. An exchange can be made only for the same or similar product and must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Products that require sizes such as belts will not be exchanged for full value if the customer provided an incorrect waist measurement. It is of utmost importance to provide us with a correct measurement. If you receive your order and a belt does not fit, it can be exchanged for the same belt at a different size. Your exchange is subject to a 15% fee, so make sure to measure your waist correctly.
- If we are at fault for an incorrect size, we’ll gladly exchange your order for the correct size at no cost to you.
- If your order is damaged or lost during shipment, your entire order will be replaced at no cost to you. This statement is void if you provide incorrect shipping information to Duvall Leatherwork. This statement is also void if someone other than you signs for your order, or if no signature is provided at the time of delivery.
